Question from SylviaB
My question is about getting background checks done in another state. I don’t live in Florida but I have a reason to want to know if someone I am seeing has a criminal record in the State. Is there any legal way for me to quietly check someone’s background in another state without their written consent or without them being notified that I have looked into their criminal records?
Answer from Background-check.us.com
Thanks for your question about background checks in the State of Florida. A huge number of people think it is illegal to access anyone’s public records, however you absolutely have the right to know the truth about someone, whether you’re dating them, hiring them or marrying them. If someone has a felony record, misdemeanor offenses, is a registered sex offender or has a number of arrests and convictions – you have a right to know so you can make a judgment call on whether or not you want this individual in your life or how much access to your personal life you want to give someone. A background check can tell you everything. It’s 100% discreet to do and the person that you’re doing the background check on will not be notified their records are being searched. The results will appear instantly on your computer screen and you’re not just limited to the State of Florida, you can also do a background check search on the entire United States.
